Kristina Mah
Born in Manila, Philippines.
Currently lives and works in Sydney, Australia.

In 2026, I am a lecturer in design at the School of Architecture, Design and Planning at the University of Sydney. I am an interdisciplinary artist, workshop facilitator, and researcher while organising the Lawudo Trek, a fundraising trek in the Himalayan mountains of Nepal.
My creative practice is rooted in the body and movement, writing and drawing. I develop workshops and retreats to explore ideas in greater generative depth. I collaborate with artists, athletes, adventurers, filmmakers and storytellers to produce diverse experiences and works that aim to promote inner exploration and wellbeing, ultimately expanding this understanding to positive impact on more-than-human wellbeing and planetary health.
